Friday–Sunday, the weekend of Sept. 4–6, 2020, is Andrews University's fourth annual campus-wide service activity. Formerly known as Change Day, this year we have divided our projects up over the weekend to ensure the safety of our students, staff, faculty and community. This is our way of giving back to the community through acts of service. Our mission at Andrews University is to Seek Knowledge, Affirm Faith and Change the World. What better place to start change than at home?
First you need to sign up to reserve your spot and get a T-shirt! Then meet us at the assigned location and time for the project you signed up for. See the options below.
There is one large project each day, with a few smaller orgnaizations that need help too. Choose where you will serve by signing up for a site below. We have a variety of activities including online options, on-campus options, and off campus options. Sign up for your spot below!
Travel will consist of carpooling and Andrews University transportation.
All volunteers should come ready to serve their community in clothes they do not mind getting dirty and a mask. Long pants and closed-toe shoes are preferred and encouraged. Change Day 2020 T-shirts will be provided by your group leader if you have signed up.
There are many different ways to serve in your community! Did you know there is a national blood shortage? There have been less people who are able to give due to COVID-19 pandemic. Give back and give blood to save someone's life!
You can sign up for an appointment, so that we can properly social distance.
Sign up for an appointment on Friday, Sept 4 to give blood then come to the Johnson Gym.
