Spend Your Summer with Andrews University!

Early College is going Virtual!

Join us this summer for a virtual learning experience made just for our new incoming freshmen. Get acquainted with the class of 2024 online this summer by participating in a special general education course. We’ll have daily live lectures, virtual meet-ups and online group activities!

The 2020 Virtual Early College Experience will take place July 20 through August 14.

This summer we will offer one general education religion course that meets requirements for all majors on campus. This course will also meet the requirements for Honors students.

Even though this class is virtual, it is fully interactive. We'll have daily live lectures, group chat, evening hangouts and game nights. You can even join us virtually for vespers and church.

Admissions requirements for the summer 2020 Virtual Early College Experience have been changed.

Participants in the Early College Experience should be new incoming freshmen who have recently graduated from high school. All applicants must fill out and submit the online application. Students must have a 3.0 High School GPA and complete fall course registration before they enroll in the Early College Experience. For help with fall registration, please email explore@andrews.edu

Students can apply for the Early College Experience online following the instructions below. In addition to the application you will need to submit a copy of your high school transcript and the relevant standardized test scores.

Visit the online application right here or by visiting andrews.edu/apply. Choose the undergraduate application and be sure to apply for the Main Campus as a high school guest student. You must apply as a high school guest to get the special rate. In addition, make sure you choose the summer term and click "yes" for Early College. The rest of the application is simple and should only take a few minutes to complete.

After we receive the application and additional documents, we will review your information and you will receive a decision letter. If you have already been admitted for the fall term, we will have your docuements on file. If you are admitted to the program, you will receive an acceptance letter with instructions on your next steps and payment information. Please remember, acceptance to the Early College Program is not an admission to Andrews University as a full-time student. If you have any trouble with the application or have questions, please contact us at explore@andrews.edu.
