Come join Andrews University this summer for an exciting week-long day camp for middle school students. This comprehensive program is open to students entering the 7th through 9th grade who wish to spend part of their summer engaging in a unique academic camp. Each student will participate in one camp and engage in exciting content with a group of 10-15 peers.

Dates

The 2023 Explore Andrews Summer Camp is June 12-16. This program is a day camp only. Student drop off is from 8:30-9:00 am and pick up is at 4:00 pm. Friday pick-up will be at noon. Lunch is provided each day.

Students from out of town can live with a relative or stay with a parent or gauardian in university housing. Please inquire for more details.

Registration

The weeklong camp is $295. This includes all programming fees, supplies and any transporation from Andrews University for daily activities. A full lunch is served each day at no additional cost. Registration is open from April 3, 2023 though June 12, 2023. Full payment is due with the registration forms.

Directions

New to campus? We are located at 8975 Old 31, Berrien Springs, MI 49104. Students can be dropped off each day at our welcome station in our administation parking lot. Full details will be sent out to each participant with their admissions package.

2023 Camp Options

Technology Camp: Lego Robotics, 3D printing, Industrial Lasers and more

Art & Design Camp: Hands on experience in Fine Art, Graphic Design and Photography

History Camp: Explore Local and World History

Pre-Veterinary Camp: Hands on animal care at the Andrews Agriculture Education Center

Architecture Camp: Building and woodworking in the architecture design center

Coding and Drones: Learn the basics of coding and app design as well as basic drone flight and operations.

Application and Admissions

Interested students must complete the summer camp application and submit parental permission and medical forms. In addition, students must meet the following requirements. Applications available in February 2023.


• Students must be enrolled in the 7th, 8th or 9th grade in the fall of 2023.
• Students must be in good health and able to do moderate physical activity.
• We are able to work with some health and dietary restrictions, please contact the office for more information.
