I assist the Director in the overall administration of personnel policies and practices, management, and strategic planning of the Office of Human Resources. My responsibilities are in compensation and overseeing payroll. The function of compensation includes maintaining job classification and pay schedules, conducting salary surveys, and monitoring the pay plan for the institution.
