We offer classes like Anatomy & Physiology, Methods of Fitness Instruction, Nutrition, and, of course, Fitness. You'll get to practice personal training techniques with classmates and learn the physiology behind exercise. We will also prepare you to take certification tests to become an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and ACSM Health and Fitness Specialist.
