Graeme Sharrock, a clinical psychologist, presents “Feeling the Apocalypse: Emotion, Religion, and the Millerites” at 3:30 pm in the Garber Auditorium of Chan Shun Hall. Please come and discuss such questions as: How does religion create feelings in people? What happens to those people when their beliefs prove to be wrong? How do their feelings change? What long-term effects on people’s happiness and livelihood is religion responsible for?
