Eric Metaxas, author of Amazing Grace, the story of British abolitionist William Wilberforce, will speak for University Forum at 10:30 am in Pioneer Memorial Church.

Metaxas has authored 30 children’s books and has written for the New York Times, the Atlantic, the Washington Post, Books and Culture, Christianity Today, Mars Hill Review, and First Things. He has also written for VeggieTales and Rabbit Ears Productions, earning three Grammy nominations for Best Children’s Recording.

He is founder and host of Socrates in the City in New York City, where he lives with his wife and daughter.
