Compensation Seminar

Supervisors and employees can learn more about compensation with this seminar.

From 12:30-1:30 pm, all supervisors and employees who process elements of compensation can learn more. This seminar, held in the Whirlpool Room of Chan Shun Hall, will cover a brief history of Andrews’ compensation practices, how jobs are paid, the current compensation structure and implementation, what to offer a new hire, and how to get increases. Lunch will be provided. RSVP to training@andrews.edu to reserve your spot and help the coordinators provide enough handouts and food.
