Customer Service is a must in any institution.  Learn tips on how to stop campus run-a-round, better use of time management, etc.  An added bonus is the camaraderie between employees as ways to improve Andrews University is discussed.  Session 1, Session 2, Session 3 (need to take all three sessions to complete this seminar)
