Information: Small things can lead to big changes. This video is about taking action, making the small changes that can lead to larger ones, and realizing that change is often most effective when it progresses from a base of incremental success. In this video you will see two examples of how small changes led to large-scale results. A “trim tab” is a small rudder built into the big rudder of a ship, which makes it easier to change course. Similarly, in organizations, one small change effort can be the catalyst for bigger changes. Be inspired to become a change agent.
