DOCTORAL DEFENSE:

Friday, March 27, 2009, from 9–11 a.m. in the Administration Building, Board Room #307. 

Barbara J. Kelly will defend her dissertation in partial fulfillment for the PhD degree in Leadership.  Barbara’s dissertation title is, “Perceptions of Female Hiring in Educational Administration in Rural Pennsylvania Public School Districts as Perceived by School Board Members.”
