About the Play Pass (Wristband)

This year you will receive a wristband when you arrive at the first scene.  This will be your "ticket" to attend this year's event.  You will be admitted only after you have received your wristband.  

Ways to receive your Play Pass

Reserve Online: If you reserve you wristband the preferred way, online, your "ticket" will be your confirmation number that you receive via email.  Please bring your confirmation number with you.  We will exchange this for your wristbands.

Reserve by Voicemail: For faster service online reservations are recommended.  We do provide a voicemail box to reserve tickets if it is more convenient for you.

Please leave us your name, and clearly state a phone number twice so we can return your call.  Please call 269.471.8360.

Spanish Rotations

To place your reservation for one of the two Spanish rotations, please contact Pastor David Salazar at 269.471.5431 or passion.spanish@gmail.com.  Spanish roations are 3:00pm and 5:30pm.

Groups

Please have members of your group reserve their tickets individually (by family).  There is a place to indicate a group or organization and we will do our best to group you together.  We do not fill group requests as an organization.

General Ticket Questions

General ticketing questions should be directed to the Ticket Coordinator, Neola Sivalingam.  PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL EVENT RESERVATIONS.

If, as we near the event, you find you will not need as many reservations as you had planned, please update your reservation.
