Dr. McBride holds a Ph.D. from the University of Kentucky. His research interests include drug policy, risk behavior prevention, health services quality and access, and etiology and consequences of drug use. He frequently serves as a consultant to a wide variety of governmental agencies, universities, and foundations, including the National Institute of Health.
