Accounts Payable Closed

December 20-31, 2010

The Office of Accounts Payable will be closed December 20-31, 2010. No checks will be processed during this time. Those who have corporate credit cards must have them turned in by December 15 in order for them to be paid on time. Any credit cards that are turned in later may have late fees on the next statement. Any other invoices, check requests or expense reports (that go to Reda Bidwell) must also be turned in by December 15 in order to be paid by December 20. Anything received after this date will be processed as time allows.
