Free Microfit Testing

Free fitness testing for faculty and staff during the dates of Aug 17, 18 & 19. The test, which includes cardiovascular fitness, back/hamstring flexibility, bicep strength, body fat analysis, and height and weight comparisons usually costs $25 but will be offered at no cost to faculty and staff during the three-day event. Availability is based on appointments (this operates on a first-come, first-served basis); appointments can be made by visiting www.andrews.edu/cas/fitness <http://www.andrews.edu/cas/fitness>, clicking on the MicroFit link and then following the directions. Appointment slots are limited and will not be extended at this time. Testing takes place in the FTES office which is located downstairs in Johnson Gym (off the parking lot, by the canoes). Proper workout attire is required. Tests take from 20-30 min to complete.
