Learn. Play. Interact.  This event is designed to provide health and fitness information in a fun and interactive way for alumni, students, faculty, staff, community members, and families.  We will be offering mini workouts, cooking demos, nutrition information, games, local health service information, opportunities on the Andrews University campus and more.  The first 300 participants will receive a reusable shopping bag for goodies from our participating sponsors.  All participants who complete a sheet of participation will be able to enter into a drawing for a home elliptical trainer.
