Alumnus Named NAU Deputy Director

The Ministry of Community Affairs, Youth and Sports has announced the promotion of Matthew Hylton to the position of Deputy Director at the Needs Assessment Unit (NAU). Hylton holds bachelor degrees in social work and Spanish language and graduated with cum laude honours from Andrews University in Michigan in the United States.

Following a series of assessments recruiters chose Mr Hylton as the successful candidate for this post, for which there was open competition.

Chief Officer Dorine Whittaker said, “We are thrilled to have Matthew progress professionally as part of our team, which shows that the Ministry is succeeding in its efforts to prioritise talent management.
