Agenda Submission Deadlines & Tips

Anyone with an Andrews username and password is welcome to submit items to the Andrews Agenda and the online events calendar via andrews.edu/agenda. Simply log in and fill out the simple and easy-to-use submission form. Submissions are reviewed and approved wtihin one business day. 

The Agenda reminder email that comes twice a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) is NOT comprehensive, but is merely a reminder that there are new things posted in Agenda. Please remember to click the link to visit the Agenda (andrews.edu/agenda) for the full and most current list of news and announcements.

Agenda managers try their best to give each announcement at least 1-2 opportunities to be featured in the reminder email, but please note that not every listing can appear in the reminder email every time. 

To be given the best chance of being included in the next upcoming Agenda reminder email, please submit postings no later than noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
