Update on Apple iOS & Network Issues
Over the past several months ITS staff have been working to find and make the modifications needed to our Secure wireless network to adapt to changes required by Apple iOS 10’s wireless protocols. Due to some Secure wireless network configuration at Andrews, this has been a complex process.
While we continue to work on this issue, ITS is registering iOS devices as longer-term users of the Guest wireless network.
If you have Apple devices that are not connecting to the Secure wireless network, or any other difficulty connecting your wireless devices you may get help in one of two ways. Students and faculty/staff with personal devices should contact the ITS Service Desk in the Bookstore. Faculty and staff should contact their PC Support Specialist for issues with their University-owned equipment.
