Graduate Enrollment Office hours June 19 to 30

As you know, the Graduate Enrollment Management Office is transferring from Ascend to Recruit.  During the next two weeks, from June 19-30, GEM will be pushing hard to finish all students who have the majority of their records in Ascend and to ensure that the student information transferred to Recruit is correct and complete.

In order to finish this important work, the Graduate Enrollment Office will be closed on Tuesday, June 20 and June 27.

During the rest of the work days from June 19-30, GEM will be opened in the morning and early afternoon for business but will be closed each afternoon from 2-5pm.

Calendar:

Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, June 19, 21 & 22 and June 26, 28, & 29: Open 9-2; Closed 2-5

Tuesdays, June 20 and June 27: Closed

Fridays, June 23 and June 30: Open 9 to noon
