Andrews University Department of Music presents George Frederic Handel’s “Messiah” performed by the Andrews University Singers, Chorale & Chamber Orchestra under the direction of Stephen Zork. Admission is free, but tickets are required. A freewill offering will be received.

“Laughing all the Way!” AU Wind Symphony Concert
Saturday, Dec. 2, 8–9:30 p.m., Howard Performing Arts Center
Get in the Christmas spirit as the Andrews University Wind Symphony performs its annual holiday concert. Performing under the direction of new director Byron Graves, the Wind Symphony will present familiar favorites like Leroy Anderson’s “Sleigh Ride” and selections from Tchaikovsky’s “Nutcracker Suite,” as well as some lesser-known works such as Percy Grainger’s “Sussex Mummer’s Christmas Carol.” Bring the whole family and enjoy this evening of festive music!

Andrews Academy’s music groups will perform their annual sacred concert celebrating Christ’s birth. The program will also feature readings and a live nativity.
Andrews Academy Christmas Pops
Saturday, Dec. 9, 7–9 p.m., Howard Performing Arts Center
The Andrews Academy Music Department presents its 7th Christmas Pops program. Under the direction of Héctor Flores and Elsy M. Gallardo-Díaz, the Symphony Orchestra, Orion Strings, Silhouettes, Chorale, Symphonic Band, Wind Ensemble and Handbell Ensemble will perform a variety of favorite Christmas tunes. Come and enjoy the sounds of the season.
Sunday Music Series: Christmas Sing-A-Long
