New Vice President of Total Rewards

Adventist Health System has promoted Rena Freeman to the position of vice president of total rewards. Freeman assumed her new role on Jan. 21, 2018, and reports to Adventist Health System Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer Olesea Azevedo.

In what is a new role to Adventist Health System, Freeman, who previously served as the organization’s executive director of compensation and benefits, is now responsible for the systemwide total rewards strategy, which includes leading the planning, design, implementation, maintenance and administration of all compensation and benefits programs.
