Recognition of Meshack Sagini

Meshack Sagini, PhD, has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Drawing upon more than 40 years of professional experience, Dr. Sagini serves as an associate professor and research scientist with the department of social sciences and humanities at Langston University. In this position, he is noted for his focus on United States government, public policy, international relations, organizational behavior, strategic planning and management, higher education management, and general world history. He is credited with establishing the Office of Scholarly & Scientific Research, which publishes the Journal of Scholarly and Scientific Perspectives (JSSP).
