Niles women, Andrews students to create museum

A Niles resident’s vision for a contemporary art museum is gaining some important allies in Berrien County’s arts community.
A Harbert art gallery owner, a Chicago architect and an Andrews University professor have signed on to help create the Jacob K. Brown Contemporary Art Museum and Center.
