On Monday, Nov. 12, Andrea Luxton, president, signed a formal partnership agreement with the government of Ghana at a meeting with His Excellency, Dr. Barfuor Adjei-Barwuah, the 19th ambassador of the Republic of Ghana to the United States of America.
