Food provides a unique window on culture. Get acquainted with the rich culture of the French-speaking countries of the world and their interesting customs and etiquette, holidays and feasts through their culinary traditions. Discover what makes French cuisine so appealing and France the culinary capital of the world. Learn about the different regions of France gastronomy, the history of some famous dishes, the essential French vocabulary related to food and how to prepare your own French specialties (lab)! Taught both in English and French.
