Wind Symphony Vespers Concert

On Friday, March 1, at 7:30 p.m., the Andrews University Wind Symphony will present “Benediction,” a vespers concert in the Howard Performing Arts Center on the campus of Andrews University.

For the annual vespers concert as part of the Andrews University Music Festival, there will be a presentation of inspirational sacred music for wind band. Headlining the program is John Stevens’ “Benediction.” Also featured are gorgeous arrangements of “The King of Love My Shepherd Is” and “Amazing Grace” as well as the sturdy early American hymns “Angel Band” and “Inventions from the Sacred Harp.”
