Group Fitness at Andreasen Center for Wellness

Come and try the variety of fun and energizing group fitness classes at the Wellness Club at the Andreasen Center for Wellness! Classes are now offered Sunday through Friday at many different times to accomodate varying schedules, and they range from Oliver's Spinning class designed for intermediate to advanced cyclers who want to improve their performance in road cycling and triathlons to Kathy's Beginning Fitness class (formerly Total Body Fitness) which includes strength, flexibility and balance training for all fitness levels to Xiaoming's Movement Therapy class to help reduce stress and improve balance (to name just a few)!  

The group fitness classes are included in a Wellness Club membership and can be viewed on the free app or at andrews.edu/wellnesscenter under "Services." Come have fun while getting fit!
