Group Fitness at the Andreasen Center for Wellness
Come and try the variety of fun and energizing group fitness classes at the Wellness Club at the Andreasen Center for Wellness! Classes are now offered Sunday through Friday at many different times to accomodate varying schedules and include Oliver's Spinning class designed for intermediate to advanced cyclers, Kathy's Beginning Fitness class (formerly Total Body Fitness) which includes strength, flexibility and balance training geared for all fitness levels, and Xiaoming's Movement Therapy class to help relieve stress and improve balance.
The group fitness classes are included in a Wellness Club membership and can be viewed on the Andreasen Center for Wellness free app or at the Center's website, andrews.edu/wellnesscenter, by looking under Services. Come have fun while getting fit!
