Movement Therapy—8–8:45 a.m. w/ Xiaoming
STRONG Nation—6–7 p.m. w/ Rachel
Restore 30—7–7:30 p.m. w/ Rachel

Wednesdays
Cardio Beats—5:30–6:30 p.m. w/ Gabi

Thursdays

*Outdoor group fitness classes meet in the courtyard of the Andreasen Center for Wellness. Participants may park in the front parking area and follow the signs to the courtyard located on the back of the building. These classes will be FREE TO ANYONE through July 3.
