Orthopedic Surgeon to Discuss Joint Replacements

(ST. JOSEPH) – Community members are invited to join orthopedic surgeon, Kenneth Edwards, MD, for a series of free, online seminars focused on knee, hip, and shoulder replacement surgery. The first seminar, which focuses on knee replacement surgery, will be held virtually on Monday, July 27 from 12 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Additional seminars will take place at the same times on Monday, August 10 (hip replacement) and Monday, August 24 (shoulder replacement). Participants will be emailed a link on how to join and will be able to ask questions.

During the seminar, Dr. Edwards will discuss what may be causing joint pain and what can be done about it including new, state-of-the-art, modern advances which are providing less-invasive surgical techniques with higher quality outcomes for treating worn out joints.
