Still a few openings at the Andrews Community Counseling Center (ACCC) for a number of clients for the spring 2021 semester—call now to get your name on our list! Graduate practicum students provide FREE services and have training in counseling adults, adolescents and children—no insurance is needed.

For your safety and the safety of our staff, all counseling sessions during spring semester 2021 will be provided remotely via HIPAA compliant Zoom.

Each counselor is supervised by a trained mental health professional.

Types of referral issues accepted include (among others):

  • loneliness and isolation due to pandemic
  • relationship issues (e.g., marital and premarital counseling)
  • grief and bereavement
  • social skills problems
  • behavioral problems
  • bullying problems (victims and perpetrators)
  • depression
  • anxiety
  • adjusting to changes
  • academic challenges
  • career guidance
  • parent-child conflict
  • personality assessments (for the purpose of treatment planning)
  • and many others (including just needing a listening ear when social support is limited for you)

Counselors work with children, teens or adults and with individuals, couples or families. Therapy sessions are completely confidential.

To get your name on our list for a counselor, or if you have any questions, please contact the ACCC at 269-471-6238. If the ACCC is closed, please leave a message (which is kept confidential) and someone will return your call as soon as possible.
