Faculty/Staff on Exchange: Email Setting Updates
As faculty/staff Andrews email accounts have been moved to the cloud, spam email settings were reset. It may be necessary to retrain Exchange/Outlook to appropriately mark spam email. Please regularly check your Junk/Spam folder and mark emails "not junk/spam" where necessary. This will retrain the email system for your preferences.
For example, you may find emails from some legitimate email addresses, such as covid19@andrews.edu, in the Junk/Spam folder—simply mark those as “not spam” to make sure you receive those emails directly in your inbox. Voicemail notifications may also be going to your Junk/Spam folder so it's vital to check and make sure you're not missing important communication.
