Andrews Research Conference Submission Deadline

The Andrews Research Conference (ARC) will be held May 17–18, 2021. ARC was developed for Adventist graduate students, post-docs and early career researchers to provide opportunities for them to present their scholarly research. This year the conference will focus on the social sciences. The submission deadline is April 16. Learn more at https://digitalcommons.andrews.edu/arc/2021/. The keynote speaker is Jean-Luc Murk, clinical microbiologist/virologist and physician at the Elizabeth-Tweesteden Hospital, the Netherlands.

ARC will partner with the Adventist Human Subjects Researchers Association (AHSRA) which will be held May 19–21, 2021. AHSRA 2021 is themed "Health, Gospel, Community: Get Involved." The team is intended to cover a wide range of human subject research disciplines such as health, behaviors, community-based research, education, and missiology. The submission deadline is April 9. The keynote speakers are Gary Fraser, from Loma Linda University, who will present on the Adventist Health Study; Thadeu Silva, director of Archives from the South American Division, who will present on his research in that division; and Daniel Ganu, dean of the School of Postgraduate Studies, Adventist University of Africa, who will present results from his African Adventist Health Study.
