New Financial Aid Portal for Students

The letter below was distributed to students regarding our new financial aid portal, Financial Aid SSB. While the portal is only accessible by students, we would ask for faculty/staff assistance in directing students to now use the new portal (finVue is no longer available). The Office of Student Financial Services is excited to let you know about our new financial aid portal.

Now, as you say goodbye to finVue, please say hello to Financial Aid Self-Service Banner (SSB)! Financial Aid SSB is now your home for financial aid processes such as tracking requirements, financial aid offers, financial aid history, and notifications. We’ve also added some time-saving and secure new functions such as an SFS File upload. We think you’re really going to like this new, more user-friendly page which is designed to help improve and streamline your financial aid processes at Andrews University.

When you check out the new site, you’ll see that for the sake of convenience, we’ve also included links to some of the frequently visited pages for students such as Pay Online-TouchNet, SFS Forms, FAFSA, General Financial Aid Information, and the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS).

Access to the new site is similar to finVue, and you will need to use your Andrews University login and password to access Financial Aid SSB. If you receive a “Not Authorized” message, make sure that you are using the correct link shown above. Also, if you’ve bookmarked finVue on any of your web browsers, take a minute now to delete those old bookmarks and bookmark this new address.
