A fully furnished comfortable studio-style apartment for a single student (or AU employee) age 22 years or older or graduate student looking for a place to live on campus. Rent is $670 monthly and includes heat, electricity, water, trash, internet access. Washers and dryers (coins or card) are located in the building. This is a lease takeover. You will have the opportunity to renew the lease once mine expires in the fall.
Garland E is located on International Ct and includes parking, 2 baskbetball courts, several playgrounds, and walking and bike paths. Garland E is reserved for single students, not families. Each apartment includes a studio layout with living room and kitchen areas, and a separate bathroom and dressing area. Ample storage space. Great lighting from large window in front room. Furniture: all Garland E apartments come with a bed, desk, dining table and chairs, couch, armchair, dresser, side table, coffee table, bookcase. (Some other furniture is negotiable.)
