Free room to stay in exchange for remodeling help

Looking for some help with my home as it has been overwhelming to attempt to finish on my own. Looking for someone who can help minimum 10 hours a week in exchange for a free room. Currently the house is a mess, so must be okay with progressive cleaning and fixing up. If multiple interests, I'd prefer someone with prior construction experience. Main things would be: painting (a lot of painting), sanding and finishing a wooden floor, installing a tile stand-in shower, power washing the outside of the house, organizing and cleaning out the garage.
