David felt a burning desire to build the House for the Lord. But the Lord told him, thank you, David, but not you. Your son will build me a house. But because of your good desire I will give you a royal gift. David just had a desire, and God blessed David and his seed forever. What a kind God we have! Glory be to our loving, living God!
