A PhD Dissertation Defense for Rodney Palmer is scheduled on Friday, March 8, 2024, from 10 a.m. –12 p.m. via Zoom. Rodney Palmer will defend his dissertation in partial fulfillment for the PhD degree in Higher Education Administration.
