PhD Dissertation Defense for Omar Oliphant

A PhD Dissertation Defense for Omar Oliphant is scheduled on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 from 1–3 p.m. via Zoom. Omar Oliphant will defend his dissertation in partial fulfillment for the PhD degree in Leadership. Omar Oliphant’s dissertation title is, “The Impact of Generational Intelligence and Its Relationship with Team Cohesion and Team Performance in a Jamaican Multi-Generational Workforce.”  Those wishing to attend must make their request one day prior to the defense-via e-mail: sedgradprograms@andrews.edu.
