Tom Shepherd, PhD, is the speaker at the Eau Claire Seventh-day Adventist Church this Saturday. Pastor Shepherd continues his series on the parables of Jesus with a sermon titled "The Poor Rich Man." A rich man found out that money is seductive. But he learned the lesson too late. Jesus told the parable of the rich fool to help us avoid the same fate. The church service begins at 9:30 a.m. followed by Sabbath School at 11 a.m. A fellowship meal follows the service. All are welcome.
