Francophone Culture and Cuisine

Taught in English, FREN 255 (CRN 407) covers francophone culture from around the world, including food, music, fashion, arts, religion, agriculture and traditions. Credits can be used toward a humanities requirement!

This course includes a lab fee to buy the yummy ingredients for Friday labs! The class meets on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:30 a.m. in Buller Hall, Room 150.
