Timber Ridge Apartments are located off the main campus. Access requires travel along a public road that is not designed for pedestrian traffic. All residents must have access to a personal vehicle.
Monthly Pricing
- Single Occupancy: $775 per month
- Double Occupancy: $397.50 per person/month
Availability
- Single females (age 22+): available starting spring semester 2026
- Single males (age 22+): available starting May 2026
