Tom Shepherd, PhD, is the speaker at the Eau Claire Seventh-day Adventist Church this Saturday. Pastor Shepherd continues his series on the stories of Elijah and Elisha. His sermon is titled, "Showdown at Mount Carmel." The odds were 850 to one, but that one man, Elijah, had God on his side and that made all the difference. The church service begins at 9:30 a.m. followed by Sabbath School at 11 a.m. All are welcome.
