Andrews University Quinquennial Meeting

Andrews University is organized as a corporation situated in Berrien Springs, Michigan, United States, and its bylaws stipulate that a regular meeting of its membership be held no later than 12 months “after the conclusion of the regular session of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.” More commonly known as a constituency meeting, every five years members meet to receive reports on the status of the University, select Board of Trustees members, study any updates to its bylaws, and take any other actions as members deem necessary.
 

Members of this meeting include Executive Committee members of the General Conference who reside in the North American Division, executive officers of the world divisions, members of the Executive Committee of the Lake Union, 15 additional members chosen by the Lake Union, members of the Andrews University Board of Trustees, 35 members chosen by the alumni board of Andrews University, and 37 employees of Andrews University from a variety of subcategories.

Please take notice that a quinquennial meeting of the members of the Andrews University Corporation (commonly known as a “constituency meeting”) will take place on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, beginning at 3 p.m., in the Garber Auditorium of Chan Shun Hall on the campus of Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan. At the meeting, the members will receive reports from Andrews University administration, elect a portion of the Andrews University Board of Trustees, and consider minor amendments to the bylaws.
