30 Years of Service: Timothy Trine

Thirty years is a long time to work for an organization, and we celebrate that achievement with Tim Trine. We are proud to celebrate his many years of service. It takes a high level of dedication to amass this achievement.

I first got to know Tim when he was the supervisor for client services at Information Technology Services. He also ran the ITS store, so we discussed all the sales and inventory issues. Little did either of us know that this specific service was preparing him for his current position as manager of the Bookstore.

Tim has a quiet demeanor to him, but he has a wealth of information on many subjects, including IT, sales and developing content for video screens—to name just a few. In our regular meetings, Tim keeps me updated on what’s happening, and he always seems to add a new item that he’s knowledgeable about.

Many have also seen Tim running on campus. He trains regularly for marathons and participates in a few each year. He is out even in the rain—and sometimes in light snow.

We want to thank you, Tim, for your service to Andrews University! We appreciate all that you have done and continue to do.
