Adulting 101: Salary and Benefits Negotiation

Join us for this interactive workshop that will empower you with the skills and confidence to navigate salary and benefits negotiations during the hiring process. Attendees will learn effective strategies for advocating their value, researching competitive compensation packages, and articulating their worth to potential employers. The session will also demystify common on-the-job benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities, helping you understand how to evaluate and leverage these offerings. The workshop will take place on Tuesday, March 31, from 11:30 am to 12:20 pm in Chan Shun 108. Open to all majors, including graduate students.
