Michiana VegFest 2026
Michiana VegFest is a vibrant and free vegan food festival, organized by a team of dedicated volunteers to highlight the ethical, health and environmental advantages of a plant-based lifestyle.
At this year’s event, attendees can look forward to:
- Cooking demonstrations by both local and nationally renowned chefs.
- Delicious food offerings, including free samples from a diverse range of local and regional vendors.

Engaging lectures by prominent authors and health experts, shedding light on:
- The environmental impact of animal agriculture.
- The extensive health benefits of adopting a plant-based diet.
- Ethical concerns tied to the meat and dairy industries.
- Dozens of vendors and exhibitors showcasing vegan-friendly products, services and organizations.
- A dynamic, interactive Kids’ Corner, designed to entertain and educate children.
Our festival warmly welcomes everyone from southwestern Michigan, northern Indiana and beyond, including students from nearby colleges. Michiana VegFest also strongly supports local vegan-friendly businesses and organizations.
Through its VegEDU program, the festival extends its mission year-round, offering educational opportunities on health and environmental topics to the broader community.
