Queen size bed and a couple bunks for the kids; a friend might sleep in the dinette area.

Made some fun memories, but don’t need it anymore.  I respond best to TEXTS, (269) 208-3853

FREE Additions I can throw in:

I will throw in Basic cutlery, plates, cups, towels, pillows, sheets. (At least $100 value)
I will throw in a sturdy plastic step stool for entry. ($50 value)
I will throw in the Curt sliding anti-sway control bar ($50 value)
If you don’t have one, I might throw in a Bluetooth Brake controller. ($300 value - required for in Michigan for this weight trailer. See CURT 7 pin bluetooth brake controller on Amazon, they work great, I use only this type. If you have a newer mid or full-size truck you likely don’t need it.) We can discuss.

Upgrades

Challenges & Fixes

July 2025 there was a huge thunderstorm; the trailer had never leaked before since we purchased it in 2023. I opened the camper storage door about 10 days later and discovered standing water on the vinyl, but the damage was done and the slide-out floor and floor under the front left of the storage was soft. They put cheap, 1/2” OSB in these things.

Upgrades continued:

  1. Replaced the whole slide-out floor with treated 3/4” plywood.

  2. Replaced damaged floor with the plywood and covered with vinyl.

  3. Covered entire slide-out underside with waterproof vinyl sheathing

  4. Secured the center slide track on the slide-out so it extends and retracts level.

  5. Installed a $270 slide out vinyl cover that moves with the slide-out as it extends/retracts. It protects the top of the slide-out from rain as they do on newer trailers.

Equipment

  1. 2 burner stove in kitchen

  2. Microwave

  3. Larger fridge and freezer

  4. Air conditioning

  5. Furnace

  6. Hot water heater

  7. Spare tire

  8. 30 pound gas tank

  9. Rear tow hitch for accessories like bicycle rack

  10. Deep cycle battery and box

  11. Wired for solar

  12. 20 gallon fresh water tank

  13. Powered awning

  14. Double hitch locks to prevent theft

  15. Hand crack hitch stand (failsafe)

One thing, there seems to be an intermittent small (maybe a tablespoon size) of water into the front left storage bay just inside the door from time to time after heavy rain. I just check it after a downpour. I’ve sealed everywhere I can see and only see it now and then.
