A queen size Murphy bed, work/dining table/chairs, full bathroom has a rainfall shower, shelving. A full closet with storage and storage also in main area. Bed is a queen sized pull-down Murphy bed. Loft is perfect for studying, reading, and lounging. All amenities can be accessed on one floor with no barriers. Parking is adjacent to entrance and well-lit with motion lights.
The loft is close to AU campus (walking less than ½ mile). All utilities are included: heat/AC, electricity, water, trash, internet access. No pets/no smoking. $750/month/$375 security deposit. If needing fully furnished (linens, dishes/pots, etc) price $800/mo/$400 security deposit.
